CLIENT REQUIREMENTS
Required to sign a 12 month service commitment
Must provide secure external access to all monitored database servers
via dedicated secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) connections over the Internet. If this in not
available, it can be provided for a one-time setup charge.
Premium and custom service clients must have a test database server or
instance that represents the production database schema and statistics.
The test database server or instance must be used for the development
and testing of all changes prior to moving to production.
Custom service clients must possess a valid Oracle CSI number or
Microsoft support number for access to vendor Technical Support.
